Building a consumer app as a solo founder means wearing four hats at once: product manager, designer, front-end engineer, and back-end engineer — then switching into QA. The throughput bottleneck isn't talent; it's context-switching and coordination overhead.

At Tinkerers Consulting, the goal was to productize behavioral science insights for parenting and family development — starting with a courage-building app for children with anxiety. The challenge: how do you operate a full product development lifecycle without a team? The answer wasn't to hire. It was to architect a system.

• Designed a multi-agent pipeline where specialized agents — Product, Design, Front-End, Back-End, Database, Architecture, and QA — hand off artifacts through the full development lifecycle
• PRD agent takes a concept through full specification: jobs-to-be-done, SWOT, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Engineering agents receive specs and produce front-end, back-end, database, and architecture outputs in sequence
• QA agent has a full workflow interacting across all agent components and the designer, facilitating UX review and user story mapping
• Built 60+ custom Claude skills spanning: market research, PMF analysis, engineering orchestration, PRD/spec templates, article writing pipeline (research → draft → edit → publish via Playwright), and scheduled social media automation
• Courage-building app modeled on fitness app patterns (Whoop-style) — 8-week gamified program using exposure therapy frameworks, JTBD, and impact vs. probability assessment

Established a repeatable AI product trio plus QA pattern enabling a solo founder to operate with the output capacity of a small development team. The architecture is not one-off — it's a generalizable system applicable to any future product.
