Interactive Dashboard

Tableau Public embed coming soon. Dashboard built on synthetic data to protect proprietary information.

CargoSprint operated across multiple product lines — SprintPay, SprintPass, GIACT, eCheck, Flex Payments, Fee Manager — with customers on both the SprintPay and EModal platforms after the acquisition. Sales, Marketing, and Finance each had their own views of revenue performance, creating inconsistency in how the business was reported, measured, and forecast.

Leadership needed one dashboard that everyone could trust — one place to answer: how are we growing, who are the new logos, what does the forecast look like, and where is GMV moving?

  • Built and maintained the primary Tableau dashboard — fed by a custom pipeline querying directly from the production database
  • Time grain toggling: weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual views; payor vs. payee sorting; GMV and volume trends by transaction type and source system
  • New logo tracking: net-new customers by time period, acquisition channel, and product line
  • Facility onboarding metrics: time from signup to first transaction for operational and sales coordination
  • Iterated continuously based on evolving stakeholder needs — added forecast inputs as Finance built out their planning cycle, added segment views as Sales refined its territory model

1 Source of Truth

Sales, Marketing, and Finance — used daily across the organization

The dashboard became the organization's primary sales performance and planning artifact — referenced in every revenue review, forecast meeting, and board preparation cycle. Fragmented reporting was replaced by a shared view all three departments could work from simultaneously.

The direct production database connection kept latency low and eliminated the manual extraction step that had previously preceded any revenue analysis.
